Baker Block Luxury Apartments
While at Inovus Design, Arlynn Reames developed furniture, lighting, and décor specifications, reviewed finish materials with Johnstone Moyer and Red Oak, and sourced custom artwork — including a one-of-a-kind, 11-foot centerpiece table crafted from recycled skateboards.
Baker Block draws inspiration from Orange County’s surf and skate culture, embracing a coastal design aesthetic that blends indoor and outdoor living. The project also features a large-scale public mural by activist and renowned street artist Shepard Fairey.

3033 Wilshire Mixed-Use Tower
3033 Wilshire Penthouses & Apartments offers sweeping views of the downtown Los Angeles skyline from its Koreatown location, providing fashion-forward tenants with luxury living and high-end finishes. While at Steinberg Hart Architects, Arlynn developed the Construction Documents, coordinating between interiors, architecture, and finish manufacturers. She also designed millwork details to address the varying unit typologies across floors. The result is a hip, contemporary residential tower that connects residents to the best of both Koreatown and DTLA.

Luxe Apartments
Located in the Pasadena Foothills, the project was designed for young professionals seeking modern living with convenient access to shopping, universities, restaurants, and public transportation. While at Inovus Design, Arlynn Reames developed the furniture specification package for the clubhouse, pool deck, courtyard, leasing office, and model units. To prepare the property for sales, she collaborated with the design team to stage furnishings, décor, and artwork, creating an inviting, move-in-ready environment for prospective buyers.
