Lucas Reames, Director of Operations
Lucas Reames, AIA, is an architect and active leader in the design and construction industry. He began his career at Frank Gehry’s practice and has collaborated with world-renowned firms including Foster + Partners, SOM, AECOM, and Microsoft.
He specializes in guiding project teams with confidence through leadership, process innovation, and technology—drawing on a global portfolio spanning entertainment, retail, commercial, civic, and sports projects.
An engaged member of the American Institute of Architects, Lucas has served in leadership roles at the local, state, and national levels, including speaking at the AIA Conference on Architecture.

Arlynn Reames, Owner & Principal
With over 15 years of design leadership, Arlynn leads Anima Design Studio with experience spanning hospitality, commercial, retail, multi-family, high-end residential and film staging. She has collaborated with firms such as Steinberg Hart, KAA Design Group, BCBGMAXAZRIA, and Inovus Design, bringing a thorough understanding of design, documentation, and construction.
Holding degrees in Interior Architecture from Cal State Long Beach and Visual Communications from FIDM, Arlynn offers a forward thinking perspective on design trends in Southern California.
